Camp Seneca Lake overnight accommodations include: Cabins, bunks, and platform tents. Tenting is also available.
Bunk Housing: 4 to 8 people in a Standard Cabin. Everyone will have their own bed/bunk. If there are bunk beds they are counted as one unit. We will try to put people in every other bed/bunk to allow space between people. Most bunks have showers and bathrooms in the building; some use bath/shower houses. There are many bunks at Camp Seneca Lake with different configurations.
Private Rooms (for singles or couples): There are a few rooms consisting of a single or queen bed (or bunk bed) in a private room with shelving and a door. ALL have a shared bathroom with one or more other rooms. There are a few mini-cabins, consisting of a bed or beds in your own screened cabin with roll-down shades. These use a bath/shower house. There are also 32 platform tents at camp with electricity. These can be used for singles, couples or roommate doubles and use a showerhouse. Note that there are NO rooms with private bathrooms this year.
Semi Private Rooms (for roommate doubles): There are a few rooms with two single beds or two bunkbeds, in a private room with shelving and a door. ALL have a shared bathroom with one or more other rooms. There are a few mini-cabins, consisting of a bed or beds in your own screened cabin with roll-down shades. These use a bath/shower house. There are also 32 platform tents at camp with electricity. These can be used for singles, couples or roommate doubles and use a shower house. Note that there are NO rooms with private bathrooms this year..
Pricing for these rooms are as follows:
Bunk housing: Included within the base price of the event.
Doubles (rooms with more than one bed of some configuration) and shared hall bathroom in building. May or may not use a shower house: $60 per person
Couples (rooms with Queen or Double Beds) and shared bathrooms in the building: $60 per person SOLD OUT
Singles (Rooms with one bed and shared bathroom; limited availability): $120 SOLD OUT
No Bathroom Singles (Rooms with one bed and nearby bath/shower house): $90
No Bathroom Doubles (Rooms with more than one bed and nearby bath/shower house): $45 per person
Platform Tent with 2 beds, electricity and nearby bath/shower houses: $30 per person
Your Own Tent: Included with the base price of the event
The housing committee will make every effort to accommodate all requests, but sometimes it will just be not possible. Rooms will be filled in order of registration date.
